Online Counseling and Coaching

My sessions are conducted online via Zoom, making them accessible wherever you are based, across Singapore, Southeast Asia, South Asia, and the Middle East.

Counseling offers a space to explore how you are thinking and feeling, to make sense of what you are experiencing, and to work through challenges with professional support. Coaching is more goal-focused, supporting you to move toward specific personal or professional intentions. In practice, many sessions blend both, and together we will find the approach that fits your needs.

Face-to-Face Counseling and Coaching

For those who prefer in-person sessions, face-to-face counseling is available exclusively in Singapore. Please contact me to discuss scheduling and availability.


Online Support Groups

Support groups offer something that individual sessions cannot, the experience of being in a room, even a virtual one, with others who understand what you are carrying. There is a particular kind of relief in that.

I facilitate online support groups for women, tailored to specific experiences such as midlife transitions, ADHD, and the challenges of navigating cultural expectations alongside personal wellbeing. Groups are formed on request and based on interest and availability.
