I am a Singapore Registered Psychologist with over 30 years of experience supporting individuals and families. My current work centres on women's mental health and wellbeing, with a particular focus on midlife transitions, ADHD in women, anxiety, and the intersection of cultural identity and psychological health.
I work with clients across Asia Pacific, South Asia, and the Middle East, and I bring deep cultural sensitivity to every session I facilitate. I understand the particular worlds my clients carry, and I create spaces where those worlds are respected.
My clinical background spans private practice, hospital settings, and academic institutions. I have worked as a Consultant Psychologist at Raffles Hospital Counselling Centre and Ovspring Developmental Clinic, as a Disability Liaison Officer at the University of Nottingham Malaysia, and as an academic at the National Institute of Education Singapore, James Cook University, and the University of Nottingham Malaysia. I have held leadership roles including Director of Research and Postgraduate Research Programs, and Director of Postgraduate Taught Programs.
Beyond my clinical practice, I have contributed to the broader mental health and education community through advocacy and volunteer work. I have served as Vice-President and President of the Society for Reading and Literacy Singapore, and as a Committee Member of the Society for the Promotion of ADHD Research and Knowledge (SPARK) Singapore and TEACH ME (Awwa, Singapore).
My work has always been guided by one conviction: that understanding yourself changes everything. I am here to help you find that understanding, at whatever stage of life you are in.
