Payment and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers payment, cancellation, and refund terms for all services offered through PositiveLinks.net. Please read it carefully before booking.

Session fees

Current session fees are listed on the Session Options and Fees page.

How do I make a payment?

Payment is made securely online at the time of booking, via credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard) or PayNow. All payments are processed through Stripe using industry-standard encryption.

Financial assistance

Financial assistance may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with me directly and in confidence before booking to discuss your situation.

Insurance

I do not bill insurance providers directly. If your policy covers psychological services, I can provide documentation to support your claim. Please check with your provider before booking.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment once, provided you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, without penalty.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will generally be charged the full session fee.

As a one-time courtesy, a late cancellation made in good faith may be considered at my discretion. This cannot be relied upon for future appointments.

In genuine extenuating circumstances such as a medical emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. These situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for counselling and coaching sessions.

Refund terms for webinars are stated at the time of registration for each event.

If I need to cancel your appointment due to an unforeseen circumstance and rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund via Stripe.
